Blacks represent about 12% of the population. Out of that 12% or so, 90% are servants, suckers, and useful idiots on the socialist-democrat plantation. Most of those are learning the hard way that illegal aliens are now the preferred “minority” of the socialist party. The latinos/hispanics are better conditioned to be good little socialist followers, and are easier and cheaper to control.

So blacks fall out of favor, outside of being useful to start riots and burn down cities, but even that ploy is getting old.

To any rational person, the idea of each generation benefiting from the achievements of their forebears, is the very definition of a moral based society. It was certainly what the Founders of our federated republics intended--clearly intended--in the drafting of our Federal Constitution, which identifies a specific "posterity" in its statement of purpose (the Preamble).
