Thanks. So do I. This answer is the only thing that ties up all the lose ends and fits with all the facts of which I am aware.
I think Daddy tossed Stanley Ann out of the house when she found out she had gotten pregnant by a black guy, and Stanley went to stay with Aunt Eleanor who lived right on the border with Canada. (Blaine Washington) When the time came, she skipped across the border to White Rock, and took advantage of Canada's free health care at the time.
Little Barry Bastard was born in either White Rock or Vancouver, and that is how Stanley Ann showed up with him in Seattle two weeks after he was born. (And her still not knowing how to change a diaper.)
All the Hawaiian birth certificate crap was created by Momma Dunham to make sure the child had American citizenship.
