I have no doubt that N.K. has been substantially aided by both Russia and China; and they are still not really there yet.
If Iran does have a few nukes, then time is very short. I listened carefully to Netanyahu when he visited here, and he did not seem to suggest they had already arrived as a nuclear power ... but Obama’s $150B donation could certainly speed them along. No doubt Russia is willing to help for a price.

Yes, the Iraq War was a monumental strategic blunder, made all the worse by Hillary/Obama’s idiocy like creating a vacuum for Iran to fill and then the demented “Arab Spring” with horrific effects everywhere they touched.
However, that does not mean the U.S. can or should withdraw from its position as preeminent world power.
The Bush/Clinton/Bush regimes wanted this to be part of the road to global government. But President Trump clearly has a different grand strategy in mind: AMERICA FIRST.
We live in a nasty world, and history shows clearly that the best strategy for a leading and wealthy nation is to maintain its military strength at a very high level.
