Sea levels always rise at the end of an ice age. It has nothing to do with CO2 levels.

I understand, but wanted to share what the total over 11.7K years would be. Even 200 years would mean over half a meter rise - so I may disagree with the “constant” 3mm per year.

Sea levels of the Pacific vs. Atlantic has to do with water density rather than the amount of water. This is affected by temperature, salinity, dynamic pressure of currents, etc. If more ice were to melt due to global warming, all the oceans would still rise at the same rate, but the Pacific will always be a little higher than the Atlantic, however, due to these reasons.
