I think this issue won't come to the fore of political punditry until Limbaugh makes a big deal about it.
Conservatives want to see McConnell ousted, and "Manchurian" McConnell might just be the vehicle to do it. That said, the liberal MSM will stay silent so as to protect McConnell because he opposes Tea Party conservatives and interferes in conservative candidate primaries. Lesser conservative talk radio hosts won't be the first to take on McConnell head-on, hence the need for Limbaugh to be the one to broach the subject nationally (despite Breitbart interviews on satellite radio).
So, what do people think? Will Limbaugh do it or will he let McConnell skate, and by default, also let Joe Biden, John Kerry, and all the others implicated in Schweizer's book who have used family members to hide kick-backs, avoid scrutiny?

If expectations have been surpassed, then they have by definition and logic been met.
One does not say ‘We drove 70 mph and we also drove 40 mph.’
The 40 mph is assumed, implied and impossible to avoid if one is reaching 70 mph.
