A D.C. Council member who apologized over the weekend for suggesting that Jewish financiers control the weather has propagated the anti-Semitic conspiracy theory in the past.
D.C. Council member Trayon White Sr., a Democrat, claimed that the Rothschilds — a European Jewish banking family descended from Mayer Amschel Rothschild — control the World Bank and the federal government during a Feb. 27 gathering of top city officials, The Washington Post reported Tuesday morning.
“There’s this whole concept with the Rothschilds — control the World Bank, as we all know — infusing dollars into major cities,” Mr. White said, according to video footage reviewed by The Post. “They really pretty much control the federal government, and now they have this concept called resilient cities in which they are using their money and influence into local cities.”
No one in the room, including Democratic Mayor Muriel E. Bowser, challenged Mr. White’s remarks. Ms. Bowser later said when reached by The Post that his comments were not acceptable.
The news comes two days after Mr. White was forced to apologize for pushing the Rothschild conspiracy when it came to “climate control.”
While shooting a brief Facebook video Friday morning of him driving through downtown Washington as snowflakes fell on his windshield, Mr. White said, “Man, it just started snowing out of nowhere this morning, man. Y’all better pay attention to this climate control, man, this climate manipulation. And D.C. keep talking about, ‘We’re a resilient city.’ And that’s a model based off the Rothschilds controlling the climate to create natural disasters they can pay for to own the cities, man. Be careful.”

You know, even in that brief blip of human history, where Anti-Semitism was no longer the most trendy, pervasive, socially-acceptable, and indeed, PROGRESSIVE form of bigotry in the world, the Rothschild conspiracy theories NEVER went away.
I’m actually surprised (and disheartened) by the sheer number of folks on this site, who seem to believe them.
If the words of some are to be believed, the Rothschild Family is the left hand of Satan, himself.

I see the possibility that such “crackpot” ideas are being floated and refuted now because sometime later this year we will be told that:
A very small number of Globalists (including the Rothschilds) control trillions of dollars and have been manipulating the world for a very long time.
That’s a dangerous idea to give to people as a serious topic of consideration. The Globalists might want to get out ahead of that and make sure everyone knows “Only crazy people believe that one! They probably think we control the weather too!”

Look, they are a large family with libs as well as non-politicals. But I actually know one who is as quiet as a mouse, lives quietly in London and was married for a long time to a conservative playwright. We should ask these freepers if the Rothschilds control the weather.
But legitimate considerations of what "they" might be doing to influence political and financial agendas so constantly get tangled up with shape-shifting moon lizard weather control nonsense that it's pointless to bother discussing.
