Hillary has access to millions of dollars in graft and kickbacks to spend but she can't even dress herself properly.

Yet she thinks she's ready to rule the world.

That "look" seems to be the preferred attire of pot-bellied, tin-pot dictators everywhere! So yes, Killary actually thinks she is ready to rule the world. I'm surprised she hasn't already trotted out an Idi Amin General suit, with faux ribbons, medals and shoulder cords!
