RNC Chair Ronna Romney McDaniel needs to go home if they cannot do better than this. ...................... Running a candidate who lacks Pizazz? Gravitas? vs. a USMC Vet? Give me a break. Next time find a young conservative black veteran to run on the ticket. Too many republicans don’t identify with the party, thus making it look like it is smaller than it is. The party needs more Pizazz! A younger face. The Dems will bully you to no end, if you continue with the dull candidates.

Assuming 1) that he wore a Marine uniform and 2) that he never claimed to be a *combat* veteran I don't see a problem.I'm an Army veteran despite never having served in combat and never having claimed to have done so.

They got some old guy with no charisma that had been in the state senate for ten years. Yeppie!! First time I heard him speak, I couldn’t listen. I had to tune out. He tried to sound excited but there was a fake enthusiasm about him.
