Remainder of the blue votes in Allegheny are at least matched if not bested by the red votes in Washington, and Westmoreland is overwhelming red yet to be counted.

However if you check Nate Cohn on twitter the most GOP precincts in the district yet to be counted have announced they are going to be slow to report. Apparently this screws up their model so they are not sure what to do.

"We think about 136,000 votes remain to be counted. We think Mr. Saccone leads in that vote by about 7 points."

Folks, judging by the ‘dots’ maps below the meters on the NYT site, Saccone is gonna pull this out.

Westmoreland County has told us that they aren't going to report results by precinct tonight (though they had previously told us they would). The model runs on precinct results so, this is a problem.

Wow - Lamb just fell to 51.4-47.9.

5,000 vote lead with almost 70% in.

Precinct results are not currently available in Westmoreland County, a heavily Republican part of the district. We’re monitoring the county-level results closely, but for now we can’t responsibly make a forecast without more detailed information about where in Westmoreland County the votes are coming from.
