Exactly. There is no similarity between the Arizona law and the California law. Arizona tried to ENFORCE a federal law that the federal executive was flaunting. California is trying to nullify a federal law. Arizona’s law should have been upheld and California’s easily should be struck down. But they aren’t the same by any means.

Obama sued AZ over their enforcement of their state immigration law.

“The decision was that the state had no standing and that the federal government had complete constitutional control of immigration policies and enforcement.

That ruling also makes the cherry picked judge’s decisions that attempt to nullify removal of DACA null and void.

Democrats want to have it both ways and they need to bend over and live with the immigration legacy left by their Kenyan, fascist hero.”

EXACT opposites but it tell me that if SCOTUS shot down AZ law CA stands a good change of withstanding any challenge in court.

Hey when did we leave the old policy of when a circus court ruled it only applied to the district - now a single low level man in black can stand up and say Trump is rotten and the entire nation has to follow that declaration. Man have we as a nation fallen way down the rabbit hole.
