Wrong choice of words on my part. But if the question is raised (with supporting evidence that non citizens were voting and the state certified it anyway), that could be a problem. There is some talk about moving Scott Pruett, currently EPA Administrator over to be AG. That would be a good move provided Trump could get another person of Pruett’s abilities through the Senate to backfill the EPA slot. Trump is hampered by McConnell’s unwillingness to vet really tough candidates for Admin top offices.
