High School Teacher Suspended for Saying He Supports Teachers Being Armed

History teacher Timothy Lock said he supported teachers being armed.

For that, he was suspended.

From Daily Caller:

A New Jersey high school teacher has been suspended from his job for expressing support for arming teachers after the Parkland school shooting.

Cherry Hill High School history teacher Timothy Lock, 59, said he was placed on administrative leave last week because he spoke out in one of his classes about arming teachers and ramping up school security to try and prevent a school shooting.

Most of the students reportedly didn’t have a problem with Lock’s comments, but one decided to report him to the administration. His bag was searched and he was required to undergo a physical and psychological exam.

New Jersey? Headshake.

The employee who required him to undergo a psychological exam should be fired. Sounds like life back in the USSR.

Is such stupidity an communicable disease?

Schools have acted like they are above it all for a few years now. The educational system seems to be on it’s own planet where no gun zones work and student and teachers can be suspended for thought control infractions.

Well, a “student” got offended that HIS teacher wanted to defend THAT STUPID (er, student) ....

So much for “freedom of speech” = We will let ANY “student” protest and riot and curse and boycott their classrooms, but if “ny” teacher dares say something conservative => You are immdiately fired.”

Many public schools are no longer seats of learning, only places of indoctrination and brainwashing.

Is such stupidity a communicable disease?

No. It is a learned behavior.

It's part of Common Core, as taught in public schools...

One student. One. It has come to this, one Hogg type punk student has the power to get a teacher suspension and examined for Mental problems. This is now on the Teachers record so if he decides to leave for it goes with him.

We are in the final, dying days of this once great nation. The Constitution may as well not even exist. The implosion is enevitable. The only questiob is when this nation reaches it full collapse, where will all the pieces land.

Some people have an emotional collapse just hearing someone in the same room say the word ‘guns’. Pathetic and all emotion based, no logic at all.

If the teacher rolls over and does not defend himself and take legal action he deserves what he gets.

These teachers need to get real.
