Leftist judge to strike it down 3...2...1
There have been other cases where government has been forbidden from prescribing speech. And it doesn’t need a leftist to uphold that precedent. It’s not equivalent to the Surgeon General warnings on cigarettes, where the vendor tells what someone else says.
Let’s be careful lest we get a precedent that some government may make you say something as though from you that you believe is untrue.
