You might want to check around. Probably happening in your county as well. I was surprised to find out that it was in our small 8600 resident county. Playing the not arrest or charge for certain crimes in school to make the district look good for more money from State.
It may SURPRISE Freepers how many of THEIR Counties are doing it as well. Of course they would know if they were "plugged in" to their local politics as much as they should be.
Hopefully the parents of the murdered students turn their anger and frustration on those really responsible for the death of their children, I WOULD!

From a report I saw recently, that program is being put into place in at least one parish near here. It is because of the percentage of black students going into crime and prison. It is racist to hold them accountable. Simple solution: de-criminalize their behavior.
