Former UK Independence Party Leader Nigel Farage praised President Trump during his address Friday afternoon at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), saying that his decision to back Trump in 2016 was the best decision Ive ever made in my life.
He further stated that Trump exceeded all expectations and that the US leader is on the way to being a truly great president of this country.
Having spoken with Trump earlier in the day, Farage said that he found Trump at ease with himself, in good humor, and at the very top of his game.
The establishment are still not reconciled with those shock results, as they saw them, back in 2016, Farage said. The establishment in some ways are fighting harder to damage the reputation of the president and are opposing Brexit he said. Blasting American media, he stated, the mainstream media have actually become the opposition.
He also said that center-left broadsheet newspapers in the US and UK contain conspiracy theories about him which he called fake news along with the Trump-Russia collusion narrative. Denying that he has connections to Russia, he said, Ive never been to Russia. Ive never been to Moscow. Ive never met a Russian operative or agent. Ive never done business in Russia. Ive never taken money from Russia. I may be guilty of drinking the odd Russian Vodka.
After having spoken about George Soros, he said that people like Soros dont believe in the existence of the nation state and he also said they dont believe in national identity. They want us to live in a world with open borders.
Farage noted that he felt optimism among the CPAC attendees and that Donald Trump has made America optimistic once again. He warned that the biggest single danger to the huge victories that were achieved back in 2016 is complacency, and he urged people to work to win Americas 2018 elections, saying, please, please go and help your president move on to even greater things.
Farage said in his country There is an attempt by that unholy trinity of big banks, big business and big politics to stop Brexit from happening. But if there is another Brexit vote, he declared, I will be straight back in the front line of that campaign.
He said that democracy, liberty and freedom dont come for nothing and unless youre prepared to fight and battle for those things constantly, he said, as soon as you stop peddling, the other side, the establishment will hit back and try to take those things away.
He asserted that, we have managed to change the course of history but he called for people to keep fighting and keep working to make sure that our victory is permanent.

The 2018 Elections are extremely important, for the survival of freedoms in this country. President Trump worked hard at CPAC to send the message to “get out the vote.”
That’s fun, but these people ARE the Establishment.
There is no “one” establishment. If there were, they would have won global dominance centuries ago.
Trump and Farage may have at one time been normal guys, but those days are over.
When you’re in power, you’re not a commoner and you can no longer identify with commoners. And these guys aren’t just slice-of-life guys who happened to become global leaders. They were cut from that fabric.
I know, I know a lot of Freepers are about to pull their swords on me.. but you know it’s true. Regular people don’t get to become President.
And I agree 100 percent with President Trump
Why doesn’t Nigel Farage join the Tories and then, run for British PM, with the Conservative Party label? Does Nigel have problems with the Conservative Party, overall?
He’s watching many of the Tories undercut Brexit while only a small rump at best (60 or so of some 300 in the House of Commons) tepidly question PM Theresa May’s fudging and undercutting of Brexit.
We must keep fighting these horrible people in the deep state.
