On November 28, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office received a call from Roxanne Deschamps, the woman who took Cruz and his younger brother in after their mom died.
Deschamps told police that Cruz became violent when she took away his guns and ammunition and he started punching walls and breaking items in their Lantana Cascade mobile home.

Broward county Liberal Politicians didn’t want the Stats to show that they were arresting “minority Juveniles” and as such they had in place a new program where they cowered the Police and Sheriffs into lowering the “arrested minority juvenile” number by ......wait for it...... NOT arresting minority juveniles....Brilliant, eh???..
SO they went to the kids house 39 times and had to walk away to adhere to Liberal policy.... the kid has a Hispanic last name and as such they couldn’t do anything to him lest it reflect badly on Hispanics.
So Liberal policies castrated willing Police to tow the deadly Dem Policy and have gotten more kids killed.
