Bay State attorneys are suing President Trump and the Department of Homeland Security for rescinding the temporary protective statuses of thousands of local immigrants from El Salvador and Haiti, arguing that vulgar comments the president made last month suggest the order is racist and unconstitutional.

“Today we are drawing a line in the sand and saying that governmental policy cannot be based on bias and discrimination,” said Oren Sellstrom, an attorney with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice, which filed the complaint.

Nothing like the irony of liberals crying racism who ignore black on black shootings in Democrat-run cities.

Oh wait - that’s all Trump’s fault!

Where in the U.S. Constitution does it say that America is responsible for defending foreign nationals from their government? Are these guys (”Attorneys”) using drugs?

Carlson Blasts ‘Activist Judges’ on DACA, Deportations: ‘A Lot of Rot In Our Halls of Power’

Tucker Carlson on Wednesday detailed several examples of perceived judicial activism by upper-tier court judges.

Carlson said the judges were ignoring the Constitution and acting on their own political biases.

“There’s a lot of rot in our halls of power,” he said. “The federal courts may be the [most] decayed institution of all.” (snip)

Some of these people have been here for 20 years. In that time they should have learned skills that will make them successful at home. They should be able to improve the lives in their home countries.

El Salvador has one of the world's highest murder rates per capita. Haiti is the poorest nation in the western hemisphere as well as its AIDS capital.

I think that these California attorneys will have an uphill battle if they're basing their lawsuit on the premise that Trump misspoke when he called these places "sh*tholes."

Discrimination against Whites has been the foundation of immigration policy for decades.

Hmmm, no one is trying to toss all the Jamaicans...guess it’s just folks who don’t speak English?
As an aside, it was a Jamaican man who opined all the countries once occupied by the French are in disarray (aka s-holes). At first blush it seemed a reasonable statement.

Former British colonies probably fared the best compared to those of other European countries; the Spanish ones also fared comparatively well because like the American Revolution, those countries were born from European revolts against far-off monarchs (so an infrastructure remained in place). The French, Dutch, and Portuguese ones - not so much.

An honest reading of the Constitution would have the judge throw out the case for a lack of standing. Congress has the specific, enumerated, unlimited and exclusive authority to establish all the rules of naturalization. That includes everything regarding all aspects of the naturalization process.

Unless I am missing something, all affirmative action is based on racism and discrimination.
