“They say they were concerned about the school to prison path for minority students.
How about working on policies to change the behavior of the trouble makers?”
Don’t be silly. That would require them to take responsibility for their behavior and is probably racist or something.
Another overfed black racists who projects his racism on everyone else.
how to asses threats, and how to deescalate situations
This is what Harvard is producing now-a-days?
Only if the black students are violent.
On its face.

Yes, I am laughing.
Elie is a racist.
Elie, you are either too stupid to write a column,
Or you’re a racist.
5.56mm
Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.
This idiot must think all teachers are white and hate blacks. She/he is so wrong.
But I thought all mass killers were white!
According to her, White teachers are homicidal by default and just need permission to carry weapons in order to act on their alleged interest in committing murder, which arises from their unfounded presumptions about specific other groups, such as the presumption that specific other groups are violent, which is the presumption that eagerly she applies to White teachers.
Before you canuck gun fags get on your moral high horse about teachers carrying, check out what has happened in Ohio high schools over the past 2-3 years.
They carry, the parents, the teachers and the students LOVE IT, and the bad guys have not even thought bad acts in these schools.
BTW, your analogy, like you, sucks.
How could a teacher carrying a 13 round, semi-auto 9mm, ramp up the problem of some little coward trying to shoot up a previously 'Gun Free Zone'?
The root cause of your posting is your blatant stupidity.
My sister was a special ed teacher - armed and dangerous.
: ) She’s retired now. She had some live wires.
only an idiot would believe that gun toting teachers are the solution to the insanity of murdering school children...my grand kids are American school kids and I worry about their safety constantly you can pop off about me and my country ad nuseam...but the fact remains...there is no evidence that an armed teacher will stop mayhem is schools ...give evidence that this solution has been tried effectively anywhere else in the world..armed security ..yes...armed teachers...a bad ideal...instead of angrily shooting off your face, try a little reasoned debate once in awhile if you disagree with another’s viewpoint.
You want evidence? Texas has 1,000 school districts with armed teachers in 107 of them {for the past four years}. Since they armed themselves not a single incident.
Ohio has teachers that carry, no school shooters there.
Utah, SD and many other states have had armed teachers for over 15 years with no school shooters.
It is impossible to PROVE a negative, so you can argue that this is only a coincidence, not proof, and you would be correct.
You cannot point to a single incident of a school shooter getting away unscathed in a school where the teachers were armed.
If a person with a gun were breaking into your home, and you were in your bedroom, would you reach for your weapon {if you had one}?
I hope this reasoned debate will soothe your hurt feelings.
Canuck snowflake.
Call me whatever......you obviously over reacted to my opinion.....at least us CANUCK fags do not run around murdering our school kids at their desks.....since 1975, there have been 10 incidents where shootings in or around Canadian educational institutions have resulted in injury or death...so far in the USA since January1st 2018....21 incidents...it is gun toting pricks like you that think the.only solution is to up the ante by arming pedagogues....and shitting on anyone who does not share your views
You wait four months and this is your response? You are a limp wrist, lame brained sissy.
Piss off.
“Arm only black teachers then?”
Considering that the biggest portion of these school shootings were in schools with predominantly white teachers/students - it probably wouldn’t change a thing.
Thanks for the tip, but it is never too late to call out BS...trust that was not you at the Trenton NJ Art Show last night.
