“I assume that when Hilary goes to see “Black Panther”, they’ll let her bring in her ostomy bag and her white-haired wrinkled douche bag.”

Are you referring to Blumenthal?

Cinemark owns the theater in Aurora where the mass shooting took place. You know, the one with the no guns policy. That did wonders for customer security as well.

But done under the guise of “security”.

Who doesn’t enjoy being herded into convenient kill boxes where they advertise the place as being disarmed? /sarc

The last movie I went to see was The Passion of Christ, I can’t hear well so it is either too load and if not closed captioned forgetaboutit.

you don’t need large bag to sneak in food.

Agreed, but the vast majority of movie-goers aren't that clever.

No but they’d let him in too. I was referring to the ex-president Phil Landerer a.k.a. Slick Willy.

I stopped going to movies when they began charging $10 for a bag of popcorn.

As if you can’t refrain from popcorn for an hour and 20 minutes.

Exactly. Personally, I wish no food was sold or allowed in theatres. I don't want to hear other people chomping, slurping, and crinkling wrappers while I'm trying to get lost in a movie.

And diaper bags? Kids still in diapers don't belong in a theatre. If they're not old enough to use a toilet, they're likely not old enough to be quiet.

Microwave popcorn costs 30 cents a bag. What does theater popcorn cost?

Theater popcorn is very overpriced, but like attending a sporting event and paying $5 for a brat. Planned into the cost of the trip.

Must have something to due with people sneaking hot coffee into the theater.

The story bigger than the inflated concession prices is Americans not being able to go for more than 2 hours without eating.

Sad, but effective, that they used safety as a means to stop people bringing in food to avoid their ridiculous prices.
