Nothing has changed in the four years the current regime has been in power, in fact the problem has gotten worse.

War profiteering is the latest Ukrainian racket...with exorbitant costs, bid rigging, shoddy products and phony invoices.

Most of the contracts are ‘won’ by companies controlled by friends of Poroshenko, many of whom are also in the government.

Any weapons or equipment the US sends to Ukraine will likely get lost or stolen and wind up on the black market or in the hands of neo-nazi militia.

Meanwhile the average Ukrainian, under the yoke of the IMF, falls further behind and the US taxpayer gets stuck with the bill...as predicted when the Western neo-liberals sprang their coup.
