The glaring question is: Is Rosenstein wearing a black hat or a white hat??? And what about Horowitz??? Perhaps his hat is a mottled grey...His investigation may show there were some bad decisions made but nothing that warrants a prosecution...I'm not holding my breath for the results of the IG investigation...

If Rosenstein is heading the team like Sundance says, that would be a bad sign.

Rosenstein was of course implicated in the Nunes memo for signing off on a FISA warrant using a bogus memo.

That's a glaring problem.

How would anyone know if one has been at work? AFAIK their presence isn’t advertised.

Since this deals with gov’t corruption it should involve a Special Grand Jury rather than the normal sort:
