So 90 percent of those rounded up by ICE were convicted criminals. How's that sanctuary state program working out for you California? The irony is that ICE being forced to go into the neighborhoods to pickup the convicted criminal illegal aliens is also picking up bystander illegal aliens. Again California how is that sanctuary state program working?
