“Everything they’re accusing Trump of … Obama had done,” said Lee Smith of “Trump-Russia collusion” narratives pushed by Democrats and their news media allies.
Smith, senior fellow at the Hudson Institute, joined SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight for a Thursday interview with Breitbart News’s Senior Editors-at-Large Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak to discuss his latest article, “The Media Stopped Reporting the Russia Collusion Story Because They Helped Create It.”
Smith highlighted the Washington Post’s Anne Applebaum, the Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg, and the New Yorker’s David Remnick as hypocritical news media figures in their criticisms of the Trump administration’s supposed appeasement of Russia and Vladimir Putin after ignoring actual appeasement of Russia and Vladimir Putin across eight years of the Obama administration.
On March 26, 2012, then-President Barack Obama told then-Russian President Dmitri Medvedev that he would have “more flexibility” in shaping U.S. foreign policy toward Russia after that year’s presidential election:

Well, at least Mueller’s indicted several Russians for saying mean things on Facebook.

This whole facebook/protest thing has the smell of a false flag operation.
Just about everything the media focuses on to trash Trump, the Democrats have been doing all along.
We’re talking real bonified criminals, against (if anything) a political novice.
And for the record, the novice is kicking their ass, feeding their charges right back to them.

It certainly does because it leaves unaddressed the question of why a Russian caterer would want to sow discord in the American political situation (although the Irish toast “Confusion to our enemies” does come to mind).
The Clinton MO has always been to project their crimes onto their opponents and try to smear them with it, while deflecting anyone looking into their own crimes.
It has generally worked well to sway public opinion. They could never have done it with a fair media reporting their numerous sundry crimes. The only way the Clintons could get away with projecting their crimes onto their enemies, is with the full power of the media screaming night and day to cover the Clinton’s tracks and smear their enemies.
No wonder Obama adopted the same tactic. He has the same media on his side to make it work.

Yep. My default now is to always assume every accusation the media makes against Trump is actually an admission of Hillary and obama’s guilt.
Not 100% reliable, but it’s “close enough for government work”.
