Obama's brazen plot to exonerate Hillary Clinton

A former federal prosecutor says the truth is starting to seep out about the Obama Administration’s “brazen plot to exonerate Hillary Clinton” and “frame an incoming president with a false Russian conspiracy,” according to an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Joe diGenova, a former federal prosecutor, connects the dots on former Obama administration Justice Department and FBI officials who may have “violated the law, perhaps committed crimes” to politicize law enforcement and surveillance against political opponents.

He says former FBI Director James Comey conducted a fake criminal investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as they “followed none of the regular rules, gave her every break in the book, immunized all kinds of people, allowed the destruction of evidence, with no grand jury, no subpoenas, no search warrants. That’s not an investigation. That’s a Potemkin village. It’s a farce.”

DiGenova condemned the FBI for working so closely with the controversial Fusion GPS, a political hit squad paid by the DNC and Clinton campaign to create and spread the discredited Steele dossier about President Donald Trump. Without a justifiable law enforcement or national security reason, he says, the FBI “created false facts so that they could get surveillance warrants. Those are all crimes.” He adds, using official FISA-702 “queries” and surveillance was done “to create a false case against a candidate, and then a president.”

I am trying to understand how we got to this place. Guys like DiGenova give the facts in such clear and concise way that even folks like me can understand.

Your Honor, I may have violated the law, but I didn't commit a crime. Let's see if he/she buys that.

He’s truly doing God’s work, as is Nunes and a handful of others, and proving God does indeed work in mysterious ways, our President.

I cannot begin to fathom the slings and arrows these people are taking for the crime of telling the truth.

I think that to be exonerated, a person has to first be convicted of a crime. Was Clinton exonerated or was the investigation suspended?

I have been saying for over a year that the FBI was actually covering up Mrs. Clinton’s guilt rather than trying to investigate it. Even a well-read layman like myself could figure out that Comey and his partisan posse had rigged the game. And now, I figure that a successful prosecution of Mrs. Clinton or her cronies is impossible because the dirty cops have granted immunity deals and destroyed evidence.

It seems contradictory but it isn’t.

Consider search and seizure where an officer may have search a defendant when there was no probable cause and no consent. The officer “broke the law” by violating the defendant’s Constitutional rights but did not commit a crime. The penalty is that the evidence discovered in the illegal search would be inadmissible in the prosecution of the defendant.

So Joe D is being fair in that some people may have been performing certain acts, albeit wrongfully, in the discharge of their official duties. These would be separate from those done in the commission of a crime. Some of the criminals may have been committing their crimes under the pretext of discharging their official duties.

When you have already brazenly told the American people you were born a British subject and get both parties to let you usurp the office the Constitution says you can’t hold, all the rest is small potatoes.

It will depend on the terms of the immunity, which usually would involve cooperation of the person granted the immunity in the matter.

New prosecutor could bring them in to seek their full cooperation or threaten to rescind it, but chances are that they will not be prosecuted. What would be interesting is to develop evidence that the immunity deals were done as part of a conspiracy to cover up the crimes committed, and hence were fraudulent. Of course, a defendant with an immunity deal is in a better position (though not an unenviable position) than a defendant without one. HRC was never given an immunity deal, and to give her one would have been so patently corrupt. The corruption had to happen another way. My theory for a long time is that her nomination was necessary as an insurance policy to avoid prosecution and conviction, even if she lost the election. There is not a jury that will convict her because there will always be one who will think she is innocent and will lie to get on the jury to make sure that happens.

My expectation is that this was a historical watershed moment for Comey and Lynch and history will not be kind to them. If they had charged her, it would have been the first time in American history that a major party candidate (a lawyer who should have known better, being held to a higher standard, and wife of a former President!) was going to be prosecuted for crimes prior to the election. She would have been forced to step down. Comey and Lynch would have required 24 hour security for years, and maybe the rest of their lives. But had they discharged their duties faithfully, they would have become American legends, like very few people ever attain and America would have come out stronger once again as a nation of laws and not of men. Instead, because of their character flaws, our nation has arrived at a different watershed moment.

To paraphrase Hillary, “It takes s Potemkin Village” and a loyal mass media straining so hard that they prolapsed their collective colons in a failed attempt to drag her ample ass to victory.

Q tells us about mirrors. Well look at NK. What do we know about NK. See WikiPedia North Korea Room 39 as sort of the criminal state party apparatus separate from the government.

It looks like with the Clinton Foundation and private servers Obama and Clinton set up their own version of NK's Room 39.

What would be interesting is to develop evidence that the immunity deals were done as part of a conspiracy to cover up the crimes committed, and hence were fraudulent.

A conspiracy between the government and individuals to cover up crimes is a fraud that would void the statute of limitations.
