Surprise! Dershowitz 'biggest enemies' not who you think
WND ^

“I’m not worried about a few dozen people with swastikas who want to replace the Jews, because they’re our past,” Dershowitz explained. “They have no resonance on university campuses today.

“But the hard, hard left? Anti-Semitism, anti-Christianity, intolerance for speech. It’s the future. These are our leaders,” he lamented. “When I used to teach 150 students in my first year of criminal law, I’d look around and I’d say, ‘Future president. Future chief justice. Future editorial director of the New York Times. Future managing partner of Goldman Sachs. They’re our future. And that’s why we have to worry much more about what’s going on on university campuses than in Charlottesville.”

How does Dershowitz explain the apparent lack of opposition to the hard left on American campuses?

“In 50 years of teaching at Harvard, Stanford, NYU, Hebrew University, you name it, I have never met a group of less courageous people in my whole life than tenured Harvard and tenured other professors,” he said. “They are so terrified of their own shadow. They don’t want to do anything that upsets a student.”

Rather, professors are concerned that students may give them negative class evaluations, and the poor reports will damage their social standing.

“They want their student evaluations to be very, very high. They want to be admitted to all the academic societies and clubs,” Dershowitz explained.

If he hadn’t told all those kids they’d be our next leaders, perhaps we could have had common sense kids, from community colleges and regional colleges and trade schools become our leaders. You really reap what you sow, Alan. Screw Harvard and Yale. They’ve destroyed America for 50 years.

Teachers/professors don’t have to be drill instructors and their classroom doesn’t have to be boot camp but making kids work, giving kids difficult work is better for their development. They’re not doing the kids any favors by trying to be liked.

Too many people are too concerned about what other people think of them. This goes for many, many areas of life. Concerning yourself with what others think is a recipe for an overly stressful life.

“You have no responsibility to live up to what other people think you ought to accomplish. I have no responsibility to be like they expect me to be. It’s their mistake, not my failing.

The professors are teaching what the Globalist/NWO overlords want taught.

They, the professors, are tenured, have good salaries, and have power over their students.

The professors do not give a fig what the students think of them.

The professors do give a fig about what the Globalist/NWO overlords think.

The overlords can take away tenure, good salaries, and pliable students.

I often say “In the entire world, there are about a dozen people whose opinions I pay attention to. My parents, my wife, a few friends, my boss (when it comes to work). That’s about it. After that, I don’t care if someone disapproves of something I say, something do or how I live my life. It’s not their business any more than how they live their life is my business.”

Dershowitz talks a good game but then he turns around and supports Obama and every other Democrat who comes down the pike. He can’t seem to connect this intolerance and illiberalism than he condemns with the source — Democrats and their fellow travelers who want to take and maintain control of the country by any means possible.

“Dershowitz talks a good game but then he turns around and supports Obama and every other Democrat who comes down the pike.”

A couple of weeks before the election he was on the Mark Simone radio show shilling for Hillary. He was regurgitating the talking points about Trump university lawsuits when Simone broke in and said what about the Clintons and their Laureate University scandal? Dershowitz had a snit-fit and hung up. Didn’t even know about Laureate and sure didn’t want to debate Clinton scandals. Here’s a famous Harvard law professor not wanting or able to debate a local radio talk show host. And now he gets a paycheck from Fox so he pretends to be more critical of the left? He’s a hypocrite and a sell-out and apparently not as smart and informed as people make him out to be.

What Dershowitz fails to acknowledge or, perhaps, recognize is that the student Communist/anarchists are his professorial colleagues’ creation. It's like the mad chemist in a lab who gleefully works night and day to create the monster of his dreams and after he succeeds the monster kills him.

When I went to school decades ago Jews were highly regarded as the best students and faculty on campus.

Today they are just targets for all of the anti-Semitic Left-Wing grievance groups running around.
