President Trump is probably delaying releasing the Democratic memo just so he can watch Liberals losing their minds on the Sunday news shows. Later, he will release a redacted version of the memo.
Absolutely not illegal. Pentagon Papers case is unambiguous in this matter. The House can move to expel him with a 2/3 concurrence. But he can’t be prosecuted, in fact he can’t even be investigated.

Schill deliberately structured this so that it could not possibly be released.
They wrote it to cause exactly this scenario, it was not a “clean” memo like the R. one. Despite all their pre-release screeching about the Nunes memo, there was NOTHING in there which was sensitive about any genuine intel “sources and methods” — but Schiffster had written the D. memo in a way to force POTUS to either order a lot of redactions, or to block release entirely, or else to face a lot of criticism for allowing truly sensitive info to be made public.
