FWIW, after what I’ve been reading, I’d take another look at any and all fines levied by the Obama administration to find out just how much the company being fined actually paid and where the **** money went.
This is the way both China and Russia see it. I know for a fact they both talked to Geitner and Paulsen in 2008 prior to the market imploding. They had billions in MBS and Fannie/Freddie stock.
$9T went missing in 2009. Around that time, Alan Grayson (yep, that Alan Grayson) interrogated an asst. Treasury Sec about it.
It’s worth looking up on YouTube. Fascinating.
Grayson is an ass. However, I think the swamp has gone to great lengths to keep us hating one another on partisan grounds. That youtube was a clincher for me.
I can work with just about anybody right now asking those sorts of questions. The ones Grayson was asking.
