Coming off one of the greatest political maneuvers in the last decade, where President Trump managed to bait Democrats to shut down the government while demanding open borders, POTUS Trump now positions Democrats as U.S. Military haters.
The U.S. military is one of the most beloved representative institutions. However, in a brilliant use of TDS, President Trump baits his political opposition into publicly espousing the exact opposite position:
the history of President Trump’s success in this arena holds true, Democrats and anti-Trump media will now begin pushing a narrative to boycott Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Veterans Day….
Why?
Because, Trump.
Brilliant.
Time and time-again President Trump trolls U.S. media and political opposition by fueling their worst-fears and intense hatred for him; and they fall for it every time.
Every.Single.Time.

Am I off base? I dunno......it's a brilliant idea. Not only will it showcase our brave military men and women, and our military strength to the country and to the world, it also could be a message to the Deep State criminals. His call for it also a message to the Democrats that another government shutdown and a lack of a budget hurts the military, while they wail and moan over their precious "Dreamers."

That could be a good reason, but I think he just got really impressed by the French parade and wanted one.
However, it is always good tactics to have parallel goals and outcomes, so getting the Democrats to sit own their hands as the troops walk by!!! That is good theater.

Include units/personnel/re-enactors representing our military through our history as well as present day.
And bands. Lots and lots of marching bands, military and any civilians who’d like to participate..
Definitely a brilliant move of TDS!
And don’t forget the animals: horses, mules, dogs, etc...Those personnel and units should be well-represented, too.
And flyovers, including historic, are very cool.
Brilliant, if the 8-10 million which the parade will cost, did not come at the expense of maintenance, upgrades and spare parts; things which the military needs far more than a pretty parade, however much it might boast moral in the moment. Going back to base looking at the planes, vehicles torn apart for spare parts and those for which there are no longer any spares must be very depressing.
If he’s going to do it then I can’t think of a better day for it than Veterans Day 2018. It ties it directly with honoring our country’s veterans and it is also the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I.
Don’t forget cages filled with illegal immigrant criminals and the cherry on top would be hilary in a cage with prison uniform on.
I want Trump to host a parade that will terrify that little fat guy in North Korea - something like those old-school Red Square demonstrations!!!

Ouch, that’s going to leave a mark!!
But totally accurate.
He could have a semi-trailers with a cages on them and have all the participants from the Obama coup in the parade.
Just as a tactical consideration, a parade would bring thousands of extra troops and acres of prime equipment into DC. The Commander in Chief might have bigger plans than just waving at them from the reviewing stand.
Maybe round up all the alligators in the Swamp? At once?
Study the OODA Loop concept. The President has been inside the opposition OODA Loop since he came down the escalator!
This is just another maneuver to box in and define the opposition, which happens to be the worst enemy of our Republic and Constitution.
