The Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA), a political fundraising group, touts the AGs as “the first line of defense” against Trump’s agenda.

“The Trump administration has trouble understanding the rule of law and that’s the reason Democratic attorneys general are filing lawsuits and winning them,” Sean Rankin, DAGA’s executive director, told Fox News.

Seems to me that it’s the judges who don’t understand the rule of law.

Will someone on national news point out the shameless hypocrisy and embarrass these ultra political AG’s?

What were they doing during the 0bama years?

And liberals are well organised.

Article claims the DAGAs are winning?

Get a U.S. District Court to rule for you only to be reversed by the circuit or Supreme Court can hardly be considered a win.

Exactly what I was thinking. Some judge ruled that Obama was within his right to order (unconstitutional) DACA, but that Trump can't end it. Do they really think that will hold up?

It’s all about power and its intentional abuse, and yes they are very well organized due to their obsessive nature.

The “courts” have always been used by the Democrats to get what they cannot obtain from legislation or votes. Stacking the courts with activist judges has been going on for a long, long time. Revealing the possible deception of the FISA court furthers the perception that the courts are “rigged” as it appears our intelligence agencies are compromised. President Trump has awoken some awareness and resolve to address the SWAMP and it appears that leaders are coming forward. Let’s keep up the support for OUR president and encourage those who will stand up for AMERICA!!

If they keep it up Trump needs to ask for more judge positions and fill them with conservatives.

You are not supposed to think beyond the lsm headlines. They always talk about the "wins" never the higher courts rulings overturning the "wins".
