So I must ask, what DO the Leftists have on Roberts??? That he would pick Obama nominated judges for the FISA Court???Roberts needs to resign and let Trump pick a new CJ AND a new Justice to replace Roberts. Roberts’ treasonous acts must be stopped.
Someone, we don’t positively know who as yet, ‘leaked’ a copy of the fake dossier to McCain or someone on his staff, whereupon he took (the bait) it upon himself to see that this was given to the FBI in an effort to destroy Trump. He did not know at the time that the FBI ALREADY HAD the documents IN QUESTION. This was to give the docs more cred, because they had come from war-hero McCain. At the same time, the contents of the dossier were being selectively leaked to persons in the MSM, NYT, WaPo, etc, in order for them to start leaking the salacious stories to the public. Thus giving the fake dossier even more cred because it was now ‘public’ knowledge.
All this was an effort by the FBI and Clinton campaign to get the FISA court judges to grant them spaying power over the Trump campaign, because of this fake crap.............................
Yes, if you were to make a flow chart of the dossier’s path, it would look like an explosion in a spaghetti factory.............

Unless you consider Roberts selections for FISA duty in the 8 years Obama was president to somehow be Obama nominees, in which case it wouldn't matter who Roberts picked, because ANY of them would be labeled an Obama nominee. Meaning it would be impossible to choose a judge who was NOT an Obama nominee (under the goofy definition used).

Why does ANYONE have to ‘have’ *ANYTHING* on Roberts? Can he not just be another piece-of-shit D.C. swamp-critter, interested more in power/influence peddling than upholding and following the Constitution?

FISA is an additional duty on top of being a district court judge. The Chief Justice on SCOTUS appoints FISA from existing district court positions. They are appointed on a rotating schedule, over a period of 7 years.
Most FISA appointments, therefore MUST be from during Obama’s tenure, but the underlying district court appointments are from various presidents, back to Reagan (according to an earlier post).
I believe I read that individual FISA judges have to rotate out every 7 years. I think that's how that happened...
