I dont believe that is correct.
SC Justice Roberts apponted the FISA court but they were Obama nominees for that position. They may have initially become federal judges under Reagan, Clinton, Bush or Obama, but for FISA court appointment which is a 7 year term, they were hand selected by Obama.

ZERO. Compromised Chief Justice John Roberts appointed all of them, as the FISA law states. He just happened (!?) to pick current judges that were nominated by Obama and confirmed by the Senate.

Nunes is an American Hero. He stood his ground when No One backed him and is being savaged by the Media.
See my earlier post for who appointed the judges. They are appointed to the FISA court for a term of 7 years, so when a term expires it just means they are replaced by another judge. Only 2 of the current court were appointed by Obama
What we need is some of the Legal Eagle freepers to check out their rulings.
