There are a couple of problems with that article. It doesn't say where it got the info that Contreras is the FISA judge who granted the warrant to spy on Trump. It also claims that 0bama appointed him to the FISC. Only Chief Justice Roberts appoints judges to the FISC.

0bama did appoint Contreras to the District Court.

I know their names aren’t secret. They are all on the .gov/FISC web page. The cases/warrants they approve are secret. No one knows which judge gets which.

And 0bama didn’t put him on the FISC.

If you do a search on 'Rudolph Contreras Trump FISA warrant' you'll find that Jacob Wohl is the only person claiming it as fact that Contreras was the FISC judge. Others are guessing it might be him because he recused himself from the Flynn case (some say he was removed).

The WSJ claims that each of the four warrants were signed by different judges. Last night Jeanine Pirro was adamant with a guest that it was only one. She wouldn't budge on that. I don't think anyone knows (that would speak publicly) right now. Wohl doesn't say where he got the info from.
