It is clear now that David Corn and Michael Isikoff are all connected to the strategy of hitting “enemies” of Obama. It also seems apparent that Mother Jones and Fusion GPS may have multiple connection points. They may also have been directed by Glenn Simpson’s team at the request of the law firm Perkins Coie (Clinton) to get the Steele dossier in the press using their most loyal reporters to fulfill the one-two punch media strategy and manufacture an October surprise.
Perkins Coie not only represented Hillary Clinton’s campaign, they were Obama’s lawyers too. In fact, Bob Bauer, a partner at Perkins Coie was tap to be the White House counsel in 2009 and went back to Perkins Coie in 2011. Mark Elias, a partner at Perkins Coie managed the payments for the Fusion GPS Trump Dossier on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the DNC.

That is great research including Kim Strossel / WSJ from Romney campaign. Since there was this history of Fusion GPS + Isikoff in the defamation suit, the F-I/D-J has some more ‘splainin’ to do as to why they’d even believe them in the first place, or didn’t include such exculpatory evidence in the FISA application, that these exact same people were known to have lied before, besides the fact the whole thing is fed back in circles of “support” ala Steele confirms himself.
Most of us figured that there must be some significant ‘history’ to this crap if Obama people were brazen enough to do what they did. Now we’re starting to see it goes back a LONG WAY, perhaps a REALLY LONG WAY.

Michael Isikoff worked with Mark Hosenball, a leftist journalist, (as I recall) at Newsweek and maybe elsewhere years ago.
They focused on intelligence matters, US foreign policy, etc.Well, Hosenball was the partner of admitted Cuban DGI/KGB CIA traitor Phillip Agee. [Agee and a bunch of far-left, National Lawyers Guild affiliated attorneys/legal people formed and wrote for “CAIB “Covert Action Information Bulletin”, which focused on exposing US intelligence operations and agents (which might have been a key factor in the communist assassination of US CIA Station Chief for Greece, Mr. Welch, and attempts on the lives of several other people who CAIB listed).
They were both thrown out of England as security risks.
CORN, long associated with the Marxist “The Nation”, is a far-left journalist who is the “hatchet-man/smear artist” for the Lefts’ media including the old SDS-influenced “Mother Jones” Magazine.
The fact that they all seem to convergence in operations by the Obama network (Obama election front groups, Podesta operations with ties to George Soros, the DNC led by Wasserman and Brazile who let Pakistanis run their computer systems and hack into others in Congress, the Clinton Criminal Operation known as the Clinton Foundation, and other similar groups).
If you want to be believe in conspiracies, the “covert government” or “shadow government” of the Obama network is the place to start.
Remember, he was an Alinskyite. Alinsky was a Marxist who was a brilliant strategist and organizer. Obama was one of his followers, just as were (thankfully deceased last week) Paul Booth (SDS and Progressives for Obama - his wife Heather runs the Marxist training school the Midwest Academy) and the Wash. Post resident Marxist columnist Nicholas Von Hoffmann (who worked for Alinsky).
{DISCLOSURE - I met Alinsky many decades ago and my notes described him in big letters as “SLEAZY”, just like I.F. Stone, the CPUSA/KGB communist propagandist, who I also met around the same time).
Throw in a very suspicious Fusion GPS (why are writers for a supposedly conservative paper, the Wall Street Journal, suddenly showing up as clients of the Democrat Party and its fronts/operations including the DNC and the Clinton Foundation)?
This includes Glenn Simpson and the Wash. Post reporter Devlin Barrett.
Just who is Christopher Steele? I’ve yet to see a good article on his background. Is he a turncoat like Agee or just a wackjob Trump hater? What is his professional credibility? Was he as good as the media says re his supposed counterintelligence work in the Soviet Union/Russia, or was that just his own cover for something else?
How did a professional get “fooled” by three Russian sources (all of whom were either in the Russian intelligence system or reported to them).
The Russians/KGB/SFB etc knew he was in their country, supposedly as a journalist, so when he made contacts with these three “sources” you can be sure that the KGB types knew all about it and helped his “sources” with fake materials and disinformation programs.
The whole Obama shadow government and its tentacles smell as bad as a rotten red octopus carcass lying in the sun for a week.
When looking at the whole cabal, from the leftists/Democrats of DOJ and the FBI, to the media and political organizations and individuals involved in “DossierGate”, remember the two main themes of the TV show “The X-Files” - “THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE” AND ‘TRUST NO ONE’.
If you only remember one thing that I wrote here, it is this - never trust the Democrats. They have been Marxist traitors since the 30’s and include a lot of insane people (Schiff, Waters, Clyburn, Wyden, Blumenthal, Swalwell, etc), as well as crooks (Feinstein and Pelosi), and communists/synmpathizers - Conyers, Danny Davis, Laura De Rosa (re Joelle Fishman Perlo), Gutierrez (re the FALN), Judy Chu (Red China), and others.
You don’t have to be crazy to believe in conspiracies. You have to be “learned” in the ways of your enemies in order to see the real conspiracies from the fantasy ones.
The most successful tactic that our enemies use is to make too many Americans believe that there are no “conspiracies” against America involving both knowing and duped citizens.
The Democrat Party and its followers are proof of that.
