There is a reason that President Trump has surrounded himself with uniformed military, retired military officers, and military advisors.
The military has the President's back and is protecting him. And if one of these clown "agencies" thinks otherwise, they are welcome to Press to Test.

Rebuild twin agencies and have them work as rivals, like the different Ninja clans of Tokugawa-era Japan, each spying on and informing on the other to gain advantage. It’s chaotic, but it’s an age-old problem, how to watch the watch man. That’s one way, far from perfect, but so is the present system where the IC is a law unto itself.
