Sadly, there is a lot of truth to what you say.
That's because it's a secret court, with a secret judge who is a contemporary of secret people, all brought to life thanks to 9/11 which was a tragic event missed by the "honorable" FBI.

I’m go to have to abject to the notion that the FBI is an honorable institution. Ever since the days of J Edgar Hoover the FBI has had it’s hands in political corruption at the top.
It is an open question if the FBI was ever honorable during last four decades. The institution is none the last one prone to corruption, and give him far far too much trust given its history.
If the facts stated in the memo are true – despite the highly political nature of congressional committees – then there was either incompetent or deliberate manipulation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court to get approval of the surveillance.
.........in my case, I really, really know this because I have sued law firms and won over a half million in settlements...........

I think you meant J. Edgar Hoover, not Herbert Hoover.
Yes. What about this judge? If he was duped he would be angry and seek some sort of recourse against those that lied to him, I would think.
