She is setting herself up as a must recuse on any issue involving President Trump. Wonder why? That could only be to Trump’s benefit.

She is so spry, said friend Ann Claire Williams, a newly retired federal appeals court judge, adding that Ginsburgs mind is also sharp and her recall on cases extraordinary.

Ginzburg is just trying, in her waning moments, to offer some solace to her fellow lefties that she will make it through Trump’s defeat in November 2020 so that a Democrat President can replace her.
Our Founding fathers really screwed up when they made SC tenure “LIFE”.
Ofcourse back then people were exceptional to live to sixty.

Who decides if recusal is necessary? If it’s her, then it requires some degree of integrity. In which case, she’s never going to recuse.

"She has no p0lans to retire"Maybe so, but her "life expectancy" according the Social Security Administration mortality tables is less than the Trump "term expectancy".

Well, we can pray for her. ...for a peaceful demise, and a warm afterlife!
(Why do we call it an 'afterlife' when it's an 'afterdeath'?)

Lucky for her, being a liberal icon does not require any mental acuity.
