Session has to own it every day. It looks like a gigantic game of chicken. Well, we would like it over. A special council on conspiracy and obstruction has been warranted for months.
And, let me guess, *IF* we had a Justice Dept. WILLING to go after the law-breakers, their contracts/union agreements means it would be near impossible to let alone FIRE them, but even put them behind bars, where, I suspect, they would *STILL* get paid, keep their benefits, pensions, etc.
Govt job(s), must be nice.
Remember how afraid people were years ago that 'the Clintons' had a pile of FBI files they could use against their "enemies"? Well, the corrupted FBI HAS FBI FILES... AGAINST EVERYONE.
I suspect that's one of the reasons people are cowering - on both sides of the aisle. We can't count on the press - they're too easily fooled. The 'me too' movement is no more grass roots than the 'illegals' protests with their thousands of pairs of matching green gloves and hats. Matching but 'homemade looking protest signs' too... Does anyone ask who paid for those signs... gloves... hats? Who ordered them, from what company and how long ago? Nothing grass roots going on. Who arranged for the buses to bring them to Washington?
The press doesn't ask... That's why we can't count on them.
"me too" was likely originally a long range tactic to take down Trump. It was too effective and spun out of control... took out democrats too. Now it's being dialed back. By who? The press doesn't ask...
The FBI's been collecting compromising information on Republicans and Conservatives... for years. It started under 'the vast right wing conspiracy' lie - concocted by outside intelligence during the Clinton years it was the original justification for spying on Republicans. This is possibly deeper and worse than we can imagine.
Nothing unusual about that. Especially at Gateway Pundit. But they still have a great set of article topics on which to share observations. My main objection is that they leave me with masses of questions that they don’t seem to understand they raise, and don’t deal with at all.
-Were texts not handed over because they can’t be found or for some other reason?
-Where have they searched?
-Where are they searching currently?
-Do they have hopes of eventually locating the texts?
-Why did it take so long to tell JW they weren’t handing over texts?
-Are they really missing or just considered “inappropriate” to share with JW?
-Who decided?
At least I wish Gateway Pundit would RECOGNIZE that there are questions.

Don’t important agencies like the FBI (and IRS) have a backup plan if equipment fails, was found to have been compromised, or that data is lost?
It’s impossible to believe the FBI (and the IRS) don’t have normal and regular backup procedures executed on its servers.
Where are the back-ups kept?
If no backups were executed, don’t critical agencies like the FBI (and the IRS) have a disaster recovery location?
Where is that?

It’ll take a few days to find the incriminating ones... AND ERASE THEM - then they’ll ‘find’ WHAT’S LEFT AND HAND THOSE OVER.
The Hatch Act was “relaxed” in 1993 because the civil service had become “merit based” and “independent.” Guess who had just been elected POTUS?

The Clinton's were the ones who stuck the FBI on traditional Americans...on Republican citizens. It was based on a lie - about the 'vast right wing conspiracy' - the FBI was told (and passed on) that right wing groups killed cops in order to become 'high priests' - to be promoted...
It was an obvious lie - (because dead cops are NOT a secret in our society - and the cause of death's up front and public) but the lie worked. If Hillary had NOT gone public with 'the secret' it would have been the most successful totalitarian tactic our country had ever seen.
I'm guessing the thought that went into that one came from a foreign intelligence service... way to sophisticated for one person... best 'incentive' system I've ever seen.
