You know darn well what this refers to. 4 pages of 80% redaction making the entire document useless and a farce.
The memo was not "written by Devin Nunes" .
It is the work product of the entire Intelligence Committee and its staff.
In all likelihood, it is at least a compressed summary of the key findings in the 99-page FISC Opinion -- with all the culprits' names (redacted by the FISC) -- published in the clear, for all to see.
Nunes and the GOP members of the Committee want the facts revealed to all Americans. They're not stupid enough to publish "4 pages of 80% redaction making the entire document useless and a farce."...
