I expect you're right -- except...

The 99-page FISC report had all of the scoundrels' names redacted.

IMO, The Nunes FISA Abuse Memo will be a synopsis -- with accusations -- and with all of the known scoundrels' names printed for all to read.

IOW, the people of America will then know who should be hanged... '-)
