He is running out the clock. DACA sunsets March 5. The budget is due on Friday. Rats aren’t getting any concessions for a budget deal. This is working out very nicely for Mr. Trump.

Ever time he issues an executive order there is some asswipe libtard judge rushing to overturn it, and then it gets dragged out in appeals etc. The fastest way to settle it all is SCOTUS. They kill it, it stays killed until another libtard enemy of the state occupies the White House.
