That’s very good! I caught your meaning the moment before it flew over my head.

"The real players are in Aspen and Vermont skiing."

That's ok, as long as they're not 'skating', which is what I suspect will eventually happen...

Nobody ever said it was going to be issued to the public today.

Many here said the report was due today.

It was sent to “select members” of Congress in part Friday. The fact that it’s not leaking tells you everything you need to know about who’se getting their ass kicked. (PS: it ain’t Trump)

There is no report yet. It's a unprocessed document dump.

The fact that the documents are flowing into Congress is a good sign. I fully expect the report to be issued in March if not sooner. There will be lots of leaks out of Congress putting additional pressure on release of the report.

Giddy Up – Friday Night Document Surprise from Office of Inspector General

As previously discussed, Inspector General Michael Horowitz had promised to deliver around 1.2 million pages of documents from his investigation to Chairman Bob Goodlatte on/around January 15th, 2018.

The DOJ Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs is Stephen Boyd; he’s a Trump appointment and replaced the politically corrupt Peter Kadzik (John Podesta’s pal). Boyd is the liaison between the DOJ and Congress responsible for complying with oversight requests from the Judicary Committee. Looks like Stephen Boyd delivered early.

"Where should I be looking?"

These things are always in the last place you look.

Now, that skating thought is much more likely than my idea.

I think it's good news too. The evidence Horowitz will use in his report is now out there for all to see.

Boyd is definitely one of the good guys. I believe that he's a Sessions guy. Jeff did leave somebody positive in his absence.

It is being used as confetti on the King parade. When I noted they were “issuing the report” on today’s date I laughed knowing it was a fed holiday.

Sadly, I believe these ‘Inspector General’ positions in the United States have no real authority. They can expose government waste, corruption, etc., make recommendations, etc... But they have no power and no real teeth.

In Canada we have an ‘ethics’ commissioner with essentially the same nonexistent power and authority. Our Prime Minister Justin Not Ready Trudeau was found to be in violation of ethics rules/laws, but nothing will ever be done about it. He’ll never be charged or made to account for his violations. He’s essentially off the hook for accepting gifts and vacations from a lobbyist he’s described as being a ‘friend’.

The report will be reported on the “news” right after Powerball reads off the numbers on YOUR ticket.

In other words .....

The IG and Congress can make referrals to the DOJ to prosecute.

What we still need is a DOJ configuration or a Special Prosecutor who would prosecute Deep State crimes.

Until that happens, there is no path to draining the swamp.

Ordinary citizens just get arrested if evidence is found of a crime, then sit in jail or bail out until the trial. Why do they have to get referred to the JD and then maybe prosecuted. Gives the perps all kinds of time to bribe and obstruct.

Somewhere in that mix of millions of pages, there will be approx. 9,000 more emails between Stzrok and his Extracurricular Squeeze, in addition to the initial 1,000 luv notes released weeks ago.

"....Something is about to blow...."

Something's always about to blow on FR but nothing ever does.

Enough to make one's blood pressure go up, waiting all the time for the big announcement.

But wake me up when it does blows, will ya'? :-)
