First Indictment Issued In Russian Bribery Case Tied To Obama-Era Uranium One Deal

The DOJ handed down an indictment in the Uranium One Deal released on Friday. THIS is what the media was trying so hard to cover-up. Unlike the leak with Manafort and his indictment (which had nothing to do with Russian collusion in the Trump campaign), America woke up to non-stop news about Manafort turning himself in. Click HERE to read more about that. Manafort has since sued Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

It’s not the “first indictment”. There have been at least three convictions.

This is a continuation of DOJ work from 2015 that was interrupted by the Obama Administration.

Stealth Sessions is working behind the scenes. I was not and am not ready to throw Sessions under the bus.

Wyoming Senator: "Obama Admin. Misled About Uranium One"
TruNews ^ | Dec 12, 2017 | Rick Wiles
FR Posted by smileyface

In a letter to Energy Secretary Rick Perry and Nuclear Regulatory Commission Chairwoman Kristine Svinicki, Senate Environment & Public Works Committee Chairman John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) is demanding an explanation for how U.S. uranium left the country after the Uranium One deal.

The senator, who represents the home state of three of the company’s uranium recovery facilities, said he registered “strong concerns” about the 2010 deal with President Barack Obama. He said he now believes the response he received, and the “process” through which he received it, were “misleading.”

He notes that in March of 2011, then-NRC Chairman Greg Jaczko said that neither Uranium One nor the subsidiary of the Russian-government-owner Rosatom held the necessary export license to ship U.S. uranium out of the country. That assessment was repeated in the NRC’s recommendation to approve the Uranium One sale.

However, beginning in 2012, Uranium One was able to begin exporting uranium without an export license in a move called “piggy-backing,” where it was listed merely as a supplier on another company’s export license. However, that uranium that left the country was supposed

to return for “future processing.”

Not only did that uranium leave the U.S., but it was eventually exported out of Canada........

Sessions is either a saint and a white knight, or a bumbling idiot. Apparently we don’t know until episode 3 in season 2...

Big Problem... Liberal Obama Judge Handling Case

FBI informant William D. Campbell told reporters in November that he has video of briefcases full of money in the Uranium One bribery scheme, a controversy Hillary Clinton was also involved.

On Friday DOJ officials in the District of Maryland announced Mark Lambert from Mount Airy, Maryland was indicted with 11 counts related to foreign bribery.

The charges stem from an alleged scheme by Lambert to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia’s State Atomic Energy Corporation and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment services to nuclear power companies worldwide.

In June 2015, Lambert’s former co-president, Daren Condrey, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate the FCPA and commit wire fraud, and Vadim Mikerin pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering involving violations of the FCPA.

The case against Lambert is assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Theodore D. Chuang of the District of Maryland.

On September 25, 2013, President Barack Obama nominated Chuang to serve as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, to the seat being vacated by Judge Roger W. Titus, who took senior status on January 17, 2014. Chuang's nomination was strongly supported by Maryland's two U.S. senators, Ben Cardin and Barbara Mikulski.

Theodore David Chuang (born October 17, 1969) is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and former Deputy General Counsel of the United States Department of Homeland Security.

He began his legal career as a law clerk for Judge Dorothy W. Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, from 1994 to 1995. From 1995 to 1998, he served as a trial attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice. From 1998 to 2004, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Massachusetts. He served as counsel at the law firm of Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP in Washington, D.C. from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, he was Deputy Chief Investigative Counsel for the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. In 2009, he was Chief Investigative Counsel for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. From 2009 until his confirmation as a federal judge in 2014, he served as Deputy General Counsel of the United States Department of Homeland Security.

I don’t care how the uranium left the country, or by whom, or the trucks or planes. I want to know how much the Russians paid for the uranium and where THAT money went. I’ve heard it is billions. So was it received like any other “revenue” and documented by Treasury? Or was it laundered and skimmed by all the players? Follow the money.

From the linked article.

“Attorney General Jeff Sessions originally tried to claim that there was no connection between Uranium One and the nuclear transport bribery case, however several congressional republicans pushed back:”

A lot of this has to do with William Campbell the witness on the Uranium One scandal.

I’m with you on that. Sessions is farting around with marijuana and M13 to hide his fear about ending up face down in Fort Marcy Park. The million dollar question::: Who’s got the guts???

I’ll bet all the potential Clinton prosecutors in DC are playing Rock-Paper-Scissors-Lizard-Spock hoping they’ll lose and not have to be anywhere near the case.

Yes, exactly. Campbell is who the Congressmen were trying to get Sessions to talk about, but he just started talking in circles and eventually shouting back at Jim Jordan who was pressing Sessions to appoint a special counsel since the DOJ can’t be trusted. Now we have this, which could be a good sign, but still isn’t the special prosecutor the committee has been asking for, which is fhe only way the previous (supposed) investigation conducted by Rosenstein and Mueller will ever get actually and objectively reviewed.

Russians bought US uranium rights from Canadian and American mining companies. That part seems straightforward. Uranium wasn’t purchased from the US government by Russians.

The Russians needed permission from the US government to purchase from American companies because uranium is a strategic resource. That’s where the bribes to government officials come in.

Big Problem... The Judge hearing this case is an Obama/Hillary Crook

As for Chuang’s public record at the Department of Homeland Security, we know that he was temporarily assigned to assist the State Department in covering up its handling of the death of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012.

I posted a thread on this Judge
