yes, let the stupid D’s embarrass themselves all they want, especially with this sex scandal issue (which they almost completely OWN) and with, of course, any corruption or lying issues (both of which they also almost completely own)

One of the most brilliant political moves I ever saw was when Trump invited Clinton’s accusers to the second debate in 2016 after the release of the Billy Bush tape - the ‘rats had better not try to play that game......

My thought exactly. They are inviting Weinstein’s victims?

Pelosi: "I don’t think that that would be helpful in terms of what we [??? emphasis added] need to do for the American people."
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

The MAJOR constitutional problem with misguided, post-17th Amendment ratification federal lawmakers trying to win votes in exchange for sexual misconduct protections is this imo.

Note that the only sex-related protection that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect deals only with voting issues as evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

19th Amendment:
"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation [emphasis added]."

And since sexual misconduct is clearly outside the scope of voting rights, the feds have no constitutional authority to make laws to punish sexual misconduct imo.

In fact, a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting Supreme Court justices had clarified that powers that the states have have not expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds are prohibited to the feds.

"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.

So since the kind of sexual protections that low-information lawmakers are campaigning for are outside the scope of voting rights, by addressing federal sexual misconduct without pushing for the states to ratify an appropriate amendment to the Constitution, lawmakers are once again unthinkingly attempting to unconstitutionally expand the already unconstitutionally big federal government’s powers.

Consider that Thomas Jefferson and James Madison had warned patriots to be on their guard against the feds unconstitutionally expanding their powers.

Patriots need to weed out low-information lawmakers by finishing the job that they started by electing Trump president.

More specifically, it’s entirely up to patriots to clean up Congress by now making sure that there are plenty of Trump-supporting, Constitution-respecting patriot candidates on 2018 primary ballots, and pink-slip career lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to DC on election day.

And to make voter efforts in cleaning up Congress, along with Trump’s vision for MAGA, as permanent as possible, patriots also now need to be working with their state lawmakers to support Trump in leading the states to repeal the 16th and 17th Amendments.

But until 17th Amendment is repealed, as evidenced by concerns about the integrity of Alabama's special Senate election, patriot candidates need to win elections by a large enough margin to compensate for possible deep state ballot box fraud and associated MSM scare tactics.

Will they have signs with the names of Congress men who paid hush money?

Yes, and there wasn’t so much as a peep about the MSM covering it. I know OAN News was featuring it as a story but CNN and PMSNBC didn ‘t initially cover it but then had some smug remarks about it being a parlor trick or something on Trump’s part.

Did those losers report on it when Trump invited Clinton victims they refused to cover?

I think the media decided it was just a publicity stunt, not worthy of their attention, or wanting to know the underlying issues involved.

Let them overplay this.

Pretty soon they’ll be rooting for the bad guys. It’s getting to that point, unfortunately.

The quick reply to their ignorant arrogance is to go back to the early days of the Nation and simply send a written SOU to congress.

After grossly disrespecting him for his first SOU, Washington did this to the congress.

Along with the written SOU, hold a press conference to present the SOU directly to the people; daring the MSM not to carry it.

I hope Trump spends 10 minutes talking about Democrat sex scandals in the media, in the Congress and in Hollywood and what needs to be done to ensure that their behavior is no longer condoned.

Are these the same people who complain about President Trump’s decorum. Yet, doing something like this is perfectly acceptable.

I hope President Trump’s lawyers serve each one with a lawsuit for slander/libel/defamation while the State of the Union is being presented.
