[[I do think the use of fossil fuels has affected the climate,]]
Man’s contribution of CO2 to the atmosphere amounts to just 0.00136% of the atmosphere- How can 0.00136% of the atmosphere trap and hold enough heat to cause global warming? Answer- it can’t- there simply isn’t enough of it to affect global temperatures- not even slightly
To illustrate- dump 4 five gallon pails of 100 degree water into an olympic sized pool of 90 degree water-
What happens? Essentially nothing- slight very temporary local warming only before the 5 pails quickly reach equilibrium- (ie get cooled to the pool’s 90 degree temperature)
These believers in the religion of AGW just won’t give up their faith, even with snow blowing in their faces.
At least hes suing defendants with plenty of money to fight back.
...
And I hope he has to pay court costs for the defendants.
LOL!! You nailed it!
When the agitators have to go from alarm about the coming ice age to alarm about global warming, and then flip to the amorphous climate change, simple common sense says what they are pushing is all BS. Do humans affect the environment? Duh, but we have been doing so for thousands of years. During that time, the planet has both cooled and warmed. Do our population centers create their own micro climate? Of course, but that does not necessarily translate into a planet wide effect on climate. Plenty of times natural weather overwhelms city micro climates.
Four words for “The City” and its Mayor:
FREEZE IN THE DARK.
Maybe we can finally discover when this debate took place, who took part in it and what the real outcome was.
Because I don't seem to recall that a debate of any kind took place before Al baby unilaterally cut off further "debate" at the knees.
Oh, wonder. That evil communist POS is tying to get a nation-wide judgment or settlement that will be an excise tax on all the rest of us to support the People’s Republic of New York City. Don’t laugh, that’s how the cigarette settlements worked.
Looks like the democrats are hurting for cash.
