Well, that’s correct from an historical standpoint.
As far as the name “West Bank”, that is still a concoction and a misnomer for Judea-Samaria. Wikipedia is these days saying Bethlehem is “a Palestinian city” in “the central West Bank, Palestine”, lending credence to the lie (they locked their article on the city from editing, to boot). After all, the Orthodox Church could not sell its property to Israel if it were not in Israel.
Yes it does present quite a dilemma, doesn’t it. Seems like the peace treaties made Israel cede “control” to an entity that is not a fully recognized country. There is no country of Palestine.
