The investigation has taken away from totally focusing on the agenda.

Whose focus are you talking about? I'd say this applies only to the media and the public -- which is not a bad thing.

This is a distraction in the White House. They are not functioning on all cylinders when time must be devoted to putting out fires. It is hard enough to get things accomplished in the Federal Government without having to spend so much wasted energy. We want the White House to get things done without distractions. I am glad so much has been accomplished in one short year, despite the wasted energy on distractions designed to slow down Trump’s agenda.

Nunes stuck with it all the way through a thorough investigation and came out clean

Yes, very good news. He kept to his guns and waited for the process to catch up with what he knew and could not say.

This sure is better then that Chinese wall method back in the days of Gorelick. Throw it over the wall, no warning that it is coming, no confirmation that they caught it, no communication that they appreciate and value the effort.

If they could have caught Nunes leaking his knowledge, they would have punished him and made sure no one else ever saw the data. It must be juicy and I think it is all about how the unmasking was carried out, and I think it all goes back to VJ. Ultimately, she was the Svengali behind the Obama throne.

I think it's presumptuous for anyone outside the White House to suggest that the people inside the White House are "distracted." That's something for them to determine, isn't it?

1. Most distractions in the White House are self-imposed.

2. I asked the question earlier on this thread about what exactly hasn't been accomplished with Trump's agenda due to these "distractions." I can't think of any, and nobody has posted any here.

“Only time will tell what games are being played.”

The trouble is, you don’t know what you don’t know, so even if games are being played, we’ll never know.
