I went to Temple soon after President Trump said that Jerusalem would be the capitol of Israel. I figured they would be THRILLED about it(Its a more leftist temple but its the only one close to my house, I go there for the prayers not the politics) and they had a few speakers who all condemned it..I was thinking “Are you freakin serious?” And yes, liberal Jews detest Israel as much as the Muslims do..they go to temple, pretend they give a hoot about Israel’s existence but they do that all for show
