Poland and Hungary warned they WILL face consequences over 'violating EU migrant quotas'

THE European Court of Justice (ECJ) is currently deliberating on an allegation that Hungary and Poland violated the legality of the EU’s migrant quota.

The news comes as the nationalistic politics of both countries has prompted increased tensions between Brussels.

One EU source told Reuters: "We are confident that the ECJ will confirm validation, then they [Poland and Hungary] must abide by the decision.

"If they don't, then they will face consequences, both financial and political.

“No more opt-outs, there is no more ‘one foot in and one foot out.' We are going to be very tough on this.”

Both Hungary and Poland refused to support a quota system of refugee resettlement in 2015.

The EU has frequently criticised both countries for what it views as weak responses to the ongoing refugee crisis.

The EU Commission has also before accused nationalist Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban of conducting an “assault on political freedoms” before the ECJ.

News of fresh tensions between the EU and the two member states comes after Hungary last week vowed to defend Poland against an “unjust” clampdown by Brussels chiefs.

The Czechs also sided with their eastern European ally after the EU Commission threatened to strip Warsaw of voting rights after a series of judicial reforms.

Brussels claims the reforms, which see the Polish government gain more control over the courts, are a threat to democracy.

He said: "We shall defend Poland in the face of an unjust, fabricated political procedure.”

The EU Commission has given Warsaw’s Law and Justice (Pis) party three months to change reverse its reforms. But Poland has remained steadfast and claimed like-minded allies such as Hungary would veto the ultimate sanction of suspending Poland's voting rights in the bloc.

But Hungary’s Deputy Prime Minister, Zsolt Semjen, hit out at the decision.

And what choice did our state’s have when forced to accept the refugees of Obama’s covert wars ? Unfortunately very little. Same problem here when the Globalist Uniparty had the White House.

Hungary’s prime minister, Victor Orban, recently declared his defense of Hungary’s Christian culture against its destruction by globalists. He further warns ‘United States of Europe’ plotters are using mass immigration to engineer a “post-national, post-Christian” super-state. http://www.breitbart.com/london/2017/12/25/hungarians-pms-christmas-message-want-protect-christian-culture-not-retreat-behind-concerete-blocks-watch-daughters-harassed-new-years/

STOP ELECTING COWARDLY GOVERNORS

The states have no constitutional obligation to accept non-citizens within their borders.

All the governors had to do is say no and have the state police or national guard meet the refugees at the border and turn them around or take them in to custody and drop them off in Washington DC.

Demand your governor grow a set.

One interesting sidebar here is that none of these countries have the euro currency.

People can say what they will regarding Poland and Hungary’s history with Russia, including mass killings by the Russians - but in the end, I still think that both countries will blow off the EU and join up with Russia - due to this EU ‘migrant’ crap, particularly if the EU really starts turning the screws. They won’t have a choice. Probably the same for the rest of Eastern Europe too.

“”If they don’t, then they will face consequences, both financial and political.”

Whatever consequences there may be will be nothing compared to what is going to happen/is happening to those refugee welcoming fools. Get lost EU.

Germany is going to DIE, along with its people,
because they brought in their own murderers.

Now the Germans/EU whine and want others to do the same.

====> NOT GONNA HAPPEN.

Scandinavia, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, and Greece are already facing consequences over giving in to EU invasion quotas.
