How anyone can stay in this state is beyond belief. I think Mexico has reclaimed part of their land right from under our noses. I really hope Californians can successfully launch their secession on the 2018 ballot - GOOD RIDDANCE. Az will start a border WALL.

That list is comprised of laws that California is exempting itself from (identifying sex on a license, enforcing immigration law, federal drug statutes which may or may not be legal but exist all the same,...) and those they want to nannystate over (window tint, when you can and cannot cross a street at a light that is not red,...)

Also wonder what checks and balances there will be to see that every mail ballot recipient is a legal citizen eligible to vote.

Even our President exhorted illegals to go out and vote last time. No hope there. I was told in 2014 that I had already voted.

Well, alcohol was once a medicine and still is part of many. I really don’t feel like drugs being illegal stops many, even kids, from using them. I do not want underaged people taking recreational drugs. But in my lifetime there were only a few years where drug taken wasn’t seen as cool where people taking drugs were looked down upon, and it was in the aids hit 80s, where excesses of pleasure were briefly frowned upon.

Thus I believe that social status being affected is the best way to keep young people from trying drugs. Not laws.

In my high school every drug was available in the hallway. We were all underaged and they were all illegal. The laws did nothing to stop the ODs and the kids who could barely speak in class.

One more reason to split California into a conservative state and to let the remainder secede.

Withdraw all federal presence and assets, level the buildings, salt the earth that they were on, then build a wall around the leftists.

F*** Kalifornia. I was driving to LA from Salt Lake. I was digging in my glove box and found a 15 rd Ruger mag in there I’d forgotten about. Stupid, I know. I had to stop part way there and UPS it back to myself. It’s a felony to bring one in now. So glad I left there 35 years ago. What a shythole.

“**** Kalifornia”

Not sure you would want to, given the Bay Area. Guaranteed to pick up a disease that way, minimum.

I am very happy about that. I'm NOT a doper, but I have invested in POTcoin. Today I'm gaining a lot of value.

Hopefully every Commie State will follow their lead. I'll take their money and retire to a nice warm climate on my private Island.

No to secession. Anything north of Redding can stay; everything south of there should be booted out of the union with extreme predjudice IMMEDIATELY!

Pedestrians who cross the street while the red hand signal is flashing will no longer be penalized for doing so. Under AB 390, if the flashing red hand symbol appears and there is a countdown to indicate how much time pedestrians have left to cross, walkers are legally permitted to do so.

Well, that one is good, at least.

I visited our local Big 5 and bought some Zombie Apocalypse ammo yesterday.

Even the gun salesman was not aware of the impending controls/restrictions.

A former fishing buddy was in the store, and he didn’t believe. He went home and called a NRA bud. Then, he went back to Big and called his family and friends.

The Walmart ammo gun counter had a long waiting line.

I used to think I was just a regular guy, but . . . I was born white, which now, whether I like it or not, makes me a racist.

I am a fiscal and moral conservative, which by today’s standards, makes me a fascist; I am heterosexual, which according to gay folks, now makes me a homophobic. ·

I am non-union, which makes me a traitor to the working class and an ally of big business·

I am a Christian, which now labels me as an infidel.

I believe in the 2nd Amendment, which now makes me a member of the vast gun lobby. ·

I am older than 70, which makes me a useless old man.

I think and I reason, therefore I doubt much that the main stream media tells me, which must make me a reactionary; · I am proud of my heritage and our inclusive American culture, which makes me a xenophobe.

I value my safety and that of my family and I appreciate the police and the legal system, which makes me a right-wing extremist.

I believe in hard work, fair play, & fair compensation according to each individual’s merits, which today makes me an anti-socialist.

I believe in the defense and protection of the homeland for and by all citizens, which now makes me a militant.

Recently, a famous woman called my friends and I a “basket of Deplorables”! ·

Please help me come to terms with the new me...because I’m just not sure, who I am anymore!

I would like to thank all my friends for sticking with me through these abrupt, new found changes in my life and my thinking I just can’t imagine or understand what’s happened to me so quickly Funny...it’s all just taken place over the last 7 or 8 years.

As if all this crap wasn’t enough to deal with, I’m now afraid to go into either/any restroom when not at home!.

#12, baby changing stations in restrooms? Every public restroom I’ve been in Michigan has one of those for years.

California needs a law for that?
