Only once? That “Uppity” black woman needs some “tuning up”. Her ego is larger than her mouth but its hard to tell which one is the biggest.
It does not speak well of either of these institutions that a degree in anything was conferred upon her.
The airlines is at fault here. They allow her despicable behavior. Do they need her money to succeed? They must be afraid of her influence.
In the airlines defense, she is a regular customer. She has her regular seat.
